Pay up front for orders below or equal to $100.
50% deposit is required for orders above $100.
First paid, first served policy: I will let you know if you are queued and your order in the waitlist before you pay.
Turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, STARTING from when I begin working on your piece.
I will give you progress updates.
Commissioned work will be shared on my social media and added to my portfolio.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Customer has right to three (3) complete revisions in the sketching phase.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of MINOR edits after completion (I.E eyecolour change)
PERSONAL USE only.
I have the right to refuse a commission if I'm not comfortable.

Additional character discount is ONLY applicable when multiple characters are included in the same artwork.
Background cost varies by complexity. It's best to discuss it with me so I can provide an accurate quote. Minimum simple background indicated.
